Q. Can I view my order after I have placed it?
A. If you have an account you most certainly can! Simply log in and view My Orders in your account to view past orders.
Q. How can I check the progress of my order?
A. Once your order has been received we will send you an email with the good news that your order is confirmed. Our super quick dispatch team will get to work on your order right away, and after Eddie our courier driver has whisked away your parcel we will then send you an update email letting you know your order is on its way! If you haven't received either email please do get in touch so we can get checking for you!
Q. Any chance you could gift wrap my item for me?
A. We are more than happy to gift wrap your item! We offer a wrapping service for £2.50 for the first item with a £1.50 cost per additional item. This will soon be available to select on the site, please contact us by telephone on 0141 333 1356 and we can arrange this for you.
Q. Oops! I’ve made a mistake. Can I cancel my order?
A. If you have had a change of heart or you have placed your order by accident (we know how it is!), you can ring us on 0141 333 1356, or send an email to email@example.com. Provided your order has not already been dispatched we can make amendments to or cancel your order entirely.
Q. How long does delivery usually take?
A. This all depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 working days, our express service offers delivery within 1-2 working days, and the Next Day option will have your order at your door the next working day (provided it you order before 3pm on a weekday).
Q. I'm not in the UK, do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we do! We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Even if you are in the UK and want to send a gift abroad this can be a good option for you as we will complete any necessary customs forms and ensure the item is adequately packaged for its overseas journey.
Q. I'm ordering a gift to be sent directly to someone, can you make me look impressive?
A. We certainly can. We don't dispatch invoices with our orders when the item is being shipped to somebody else. In addition to this we will add a wee tag letting the lucky recipient know who has treated them to this amazing gift! Make your gift even more special by adding our gift wrapping service when you reach checkout.
Q. I’ve changed my mind, can I return my order?
A. You have 30 days to return your order to us should you decide the product you ordered is unsuitable. Please include a note your name, order number and reason for return, and return to the address below:

We recommend using Royal Mails Second Class Recorded service, and please keep your proof of postage tucked away somewhere safe in case you need to present it.
Q. My item has arrived broken, what do I do next?
Oh dear oh dear! This is a very rare problem as we package our items very well, but we appreciate that every now and then an over-zealous postal worker may result in a breakage. Please contact us as soon as you have received the item and we will give you information on what to do next.
Q. I have a question about a product that isn’t answered in the product description. Can you give me more information?
A. Yes we can! Simply give us a call on 0141 333 1356, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to provide you with any additional information about the product.
Q. Someone has treated me to a Maia Gift Voucher. How do I use this online?
A. You lucky thing! Hold onto your voucher tight until you reach the checkout stage, where you have the option to use it.
