We love the changing of the seasons, it is such a great time to reflect, appreciate and pay attention to everything around us. Autumn is no exception! Getting cosy, looking inward and slowing life down a bit are all parts of this season that we really got to appreciate.
In Europe the concept of Autumn is connected to the harvest. In many cultures this season of harvesting crops has been marked by rituals and festivals revolving around the season’s importance in preparing for the Winter to come. Animals gather food in Autumn during these months and those with fur often grow thicker coats.
